How did I come up with the idea to sell paso fino horse
equipment?

Everything started when I took my paso fino horse to a boarding facility and had a conversation with the people there. A few others who also owned paso fino horses mentioned how difficult it was to find equipment for their paso fino horses.

All they could find was a quarter horse and other popular US breeds equipment. A few months later, I visited Colombia, my home country and when I went to a store for horseback riders, I realized how easy it was to find a variety of tack and training tools for the paso fino horse. With this in mind, I began the search for a manufacturer of tack specialized in paso fino horses. After several searches, I found one with excellent quality who has been making paso fino tack for over 100 years and passed down over three generations. I made an agreement with them to start making tack for Equi-Paso. Through the deal, the make the products for me and I started to import them from Colombia to the United States. Later, I found manufacturers for the different tools and accessories for the paso fino horse, where we can have almost any tack custom made.
